Our mission is to build awareness in individuals by equipping them with the language and skills necessary to understand and embrace both themselves and others.

We believe that fostering a deeper understanding of oneself is crucial for personal and academic growth, and interpersonal relationships. Through our initiatives, we model a process that encourages reflection and perspective-taking, enabling people to navigate life's challenges more effectively. By promoting empathy and self-acceptance, we aim to create a supportive environment where individuals feel valued and understood. As we work together to cultivate these essential skills, we aspire to inspire positive change in all aspects of life, paving the way for richer connections and a more compassionate society.

How I want to walk in this world:

“To laugh often, own my mistakes, appreciate little joys, learn from others, and choose to put as much positive energy into this world as I am able."
